Product Questions:

Q. Do you pour your own candles?

A. Yes! I hand pour each and every candle! Each product is made to order.

Q. How do you develop the fragrances?

A. I gain inspiration from the simpler things in life. Cottagecore is a huge influence in my life, for me and my candles. I enjoy homestead and cottage living with modern amenities which lead me to picking scents that emphasize it. I work with fragrance oils that capture this lifestyle and bring it to others.

Q. How long does it take to get my candles?

A. The time it takes to ship ordered items depends on the amount of orders I receive over a period of time. It can take from up to 3 - 7 days for the order to be received by the customer. All orders are marked as a priority and I try to complete orders as quickly as I possibly can. I am a single person business and I understand that people like to have their order shipped and received as soon as possible. However, since I am the only worker who hand pours each candle, the added time is there in consideration of the curing time needed for the candles. This is to help each candle be the best condition it can be for the customer and it can take 1 - 2 days of curing to ensure the best results.

Q. What kind of wax do you use?

A. I use 100% soy wax. It's the nicest candle wax I can find that's reasonably priced and healthy. Soy wax also burns with zero Petro soot, it holds scent well, lasts longer and gives a quality end product.

Q. Why is there frosting or uneven tops on my candles?

A. Soy wax is a natural wax made from the oil of soybeans. Because of this it is not a perfectly smooth wax that has its imperfections. Frosting and unevenness are a common trait of 100% soy wax, though we do our best to keep it down to a minimum or none at all. However, if there is any of these issues it does not affect the candles efficiency at all. It is merely cosmetic.

Q. Do you have a physical location?

A. No, but! We do have a location where we sell some of our products! We are partnered with a business called "Love in Flower" located at 31 White St Mount Holly, NJ 08060. There we sell a variety of our products alongside multiple talented vendors in the community.
